{post title courtesy of the sitcom Friends, for those of you who watched that show.
we were avid Friends fans, in the day...and may or may not have even owned a copy of the Friends trivia game, and may or may not have played it religiously with dear, special friends with whom clearly we watched way too much TV}

about a month ago,
i had the extremely humbling
{oh so humbling}
experience of being able to share my heart at our church's women's retreat.
i blog off and on about multiple sclerosis and what I've been learning through it.
and, i am so {so, so, so}
much more comfortable in my sweats in front of a keyboard
than I am with a microphone in front of an audience.
but, i was deeply thankful to be able to share my story of multiple sclerosis and what the Lord has taught me through it over the last eleven months.
so, here you go.
the post in which you see anna.
and i may die right now, so i will press {publish} before i hit delete.
{watching yourself on video is a bit, well, brutal}
here's the video from that night,
if you'd like to hear it.
the first part is through about 12 minutes,
and the next part is about 35 minutes after that.

I am so thankful that you hit 'publish' and shared your powerful journey with the Lord over this past year! As a fellow pastor's wife and MSer, your courage in being vulnerable and sharing has truly blessed me! MS is plain horrible but choosing to wrestle it out with the Lord and trusting that there is a bigger picture unfolding has been priceless for me in all this. It sounds like you wouldn't trade the precious truths that God has revealed to you in your suffering either- isn't He so GOOD like that?!
May God continue to richly bless you in your journey Anna!

I've had this tab open since you published it waiting to have some time to watch it, and I did tonight. I wish I had done so sooner because it was just what I needed to hear! Thank you so much for sharing. God has seemed pretty small and angry to me lately - short version is church issues - and this was such a timely challenge and reminder for me!
Did not thought about this until now :)Garcinia Cambogia Extract
prevents the pancreatic from breaking up down starch into maltose and dextrin. It
also ceases the growth of alpha-amylase nutrients in the overall body.
Medical professionals usually suggest this to
their customers who are diabetic patients because the Garcinia Cambogia stops the growth of alpha-glucosidase found in the intestines from switching disaccharides and starches into
glucose. Garcinia Cambogia benefits also helps prevent sugar and
carbohydrate food from turning into surplus fats by
preventing the generation of citrate lyase. Some doctors use Garcinia as
a laxative to help with constipation or other health functions such as fat burning, stress relief, depressive disorders,
changes in mood and as a tool to finding a superior night rest.
